Welcome to Garden Valley is Live!

It’s been a long time coming to have Welcome to Garden Valley fully fleshed out and revamped. I originally published this book as a free story for my email subscribers. But, the story of Joanie moving to Garden Valley never felt complete to me.

I took Welcome to Garden Valley off as my free story and replaced it with Winter in July, a story about Monica planning a wedding for her nemesis, Janine’s sister.

The journey to finish Welcome to Garden Valley was a fun one. I loved adding new characters, new chapters, and fun plotlines. I hope you enjoy this story, which is now available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and nearly all digital platforms. As always, let me know what you think!

More about Welcome to Garden Valley

After being pulled by the currents of life for years, Joanie is faced with a challenge that pulls her from the rut she has created for herself. When Joanie’s husband is offered a job in a different state, he leverages the excitement of their two boys to coerce Joanie to go along with the change.

When her family moves into the ultimate fixer-upper, Joanie is hesitant about dusting off her skills as a carpenter to turn their house into a home worth loving. Her Mrs. Fix-It side has tucked away for what she thought was for good. Now, Joanie must face the fears of being inadequate with her carpentry skills to turn their broken-down home and farmland into a dream come true.

Will she be able to step outside of her comfort zone and adapt to this new life? Will their family be accepted into the close-knit community of Garden Valley? Or, will Joanie find herself being swept away by a hectic and lonely life yet again?

Enjoy!
