Remember back to when I was publishing one book at a time? Ahh, those days were nice. 

My goal for 2022 was to publish three books. I published Turning to Color and a free story, Welcome to Garden Valley in August. If everything goes as planned in the next two months, I’ll be publishing a total of four books this year! 

It has been quite a shuffle, determining the order of publication and which one should be my free story. The nice thing about self-publishing is that I get to make all of these decisions on my own. The difficult part of self-publishing is…making all those decisions on my own.

Here’s what I’ve come up with:

• I’m taking Welcome to Garden Valley off as my free book. I’m going to re-publish this book in January with added chapters, so stay tuned!
• I’ve written a NEW FREE story, which will be published later this month!
• Coping With Yarn will be published by Christmas.

Even though I’m not meeting my self-given deadline of publishing both new books by Thanksgiving, I’m proud of myself for diligently working towards the finish line with the free book and Coping With Yarn. I’ve reworked them so many times to deliver the best book possible to you, my readers!

The gist of this post is to let you know that I’ll be publishing THREE books in THREE months! These books are already written. Now it’s time to polish them up, have covers designed, and read, read, read. It sounds easy enough to say, but when you’re talking about a combined word out of 150,000 words…let’s just say that it takes daily dedication. : )
